Happy People

We attended a closing Friday-we don't always do that-usually the title company does the closing. And what do you know but my customers were happy with me and their loan. You never can tell. I guess you would be happy too if you closed on a 30 year fixed in the low 5s and previously were at 7.0% It is nice to know that they were happy because sometimes people are unhappy about something that you had nothing do do with.
